If I already file Form 8938, do I still need an FBAR, and is either one filed with the tax return itself?

I want the real official answer, not a forum shortcut. Please explain whether Form 8938 replaces the FBAR, what the main filing difference is, and why a person can still have a separate Treasury reporting obligation even if they already think they disclosed foreign accounts to the IRS.
